Terrible customer service. I have lived in Logan from the day I was born until 2003. My mother and our immediate family still reside there, but I moved to Huntington. I used their website to pick the arrangement to send to my mother for her birthday. I chose a more modern type of arrangement titled the "Fashionista Bloom" and expected this same style and design for the arrangement that would be sent to my mother. I added a balloon and bear as well. When my mother got her arrangement, it looked 100% nothing like the one in the photo aside from the fact that they used pink roses. The style they delivered was your standard, typical design. I asked my mother if she had received her balloon and bear and she said no. I called the shop and told them this and added that the arrangement did not resemble the one I selected online. She said she, "made the arrangement bigger" which was false. In regards to the height, yes, it was bigger and taller. Way less flowers than the one pictured. She was super nice so I left it at that and she had them make a second delivery for the bear and balloon. The more I sat and thought about it, the more unsatisfied I became. I called them the following day and expected to get an understanding response and reimbursement. I was met with an argumentative and combative staff who disagreed with everything I said. I told them I have photos of the arrangement that had been sent and they told me they didn't know their e-mail address. The woman stated that the "vase alone cost 65.00". Last time I checked, no one cares about the vase. I wanted to send my mom something unique and modern. If you cannot create the photos on your website, don't advertise them. I specifically chose that shop based on that style of arrangement. I probably should have purchased it elsewhere. They told me they couldn't reimburse the money I paid because " it had already been delivered and enjoyed." How are people suppose to stop a flower shop from leaving the store if they are unsatisfied with the arrangement if the customer isn't present in the store or even the same town? How could I see this arrangement beforehand if I ordered it online? Not to mention the fact that the balloon and bear were totally forgotten. That alone ruins the experience.. having to take that stuff back and deliver it a second time. Never ordering flowers from this place again.
